Sources and update policy

Primary sources first

We use Aruba Tourism Authority for destination context, Arubus for actual route information, Aruba Conservation Foundation for park information and the official ED Card portal for its application process. Each guide links to the relevant source rather than importing an entire article.

What a review date means

A review date identifies when information was checked for that guide. It is not a live feed or a promise that a provider has not changed a timetable, charge or access rule. Where operational details change, we direct readers to the responsible provider rather than inventing a price or schedule.

Editorial suggestions

Comparisons and checklists are independent planning tools. They do not represent booked tours, firsthand inspection or official advice. We do not fabricate authors, experiences, reviews or provider credentials.

Shared modules

The sidebar news module links dated headlines to ArubaNews.ca originals, with cache status when needed. Advertisements and rental cards are separately labelled promotional content. They are not directory records or editorial proof of services.
